Umeed word press theme comes with complete blog settings you can manage following settings from Theme Options >> General Settings >> Blog Settings: Default Sub header title for detail page, sub header post caption little description about your blog appear after your blog sub header title, single post thumbnail size manage can be manage from here, you can set default side bar settings for blog detail including layout, author can be switch from here.
